    Position Overview

    We are seeking a skilled Marine Electrician to support shipboard operations by installing, maintaining, repairing, and modifying electrical and integrated systems. This hands-on role involves working with advanced marine technologies in a dynamic environment, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. You’ll collaborate with customers, manage subcontractors, and contribute to mission-critical projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Install, operate, and maintain shipboard electrical and integrated systems.

    + Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components.

    + Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

    + Develop and follow technical documentation and formal work processes.

    + Coordinate with customers and subcontractors, providing direction as needed.

    + Perform non-specialty tasks to support project completion.

    + Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards.

    + Prepare reports and briefings for customers and management.

    Required Qualifications

    + U.S. Citizenship (required for security clearance).

    + High School diploma or equivalent.

    + Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marine or ship repair.

    + Proficiency with electrical systems, valves, hydraulics, and diesel systems.

    + Skilled in using power tools and measurement instruments.

    + Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

    + Must secure base access credentials within 60 days of hire.

    Preferred Skills

    + Strong understanding of production processes and technical documentation.

    + Experience in shipboard system integration and repair.

    + Familiarity with safety and quality assurance procedures.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

    classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
