Description:

As a Tire Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers’ vehicles are in top condition. Your responsibilities will include installing, repairing, and maintaining tires, performing wheel alignments, and assisting with brake services. You’ll also be involved in fleet maintenance and DOT inspections, contributing to the overall safety and efficiency of our clients’ vehicles.

Key Responsibilities** **:

+ Install new tires on vehicles, including balancing and alignment.

+ Inspect and assess tire wear and condition.

+ Repair punctures and replace worn or damaged tires.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

+ Provide excellent customer service by explaining services and answering questions.

+ Assist with other tasks in the shop as needed.

Requirements** **:

+ 2 years of automotive or mechanical experience (professional or personal) is preferred.

+ Strong work ethic and reliability.

+ Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

+ Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

+ Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
