    Senior Commercial Contract Manager

    Position Overview

    The Senior Commercial Contract Manager will play a critical role in shaping and executing Omnicell’s end-to-end commercial contracting processes. This strategic position partners closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and executive leadership to support scalable growth, minimize risk, and drive efficient deal execution. The ideal candidate brings advanced contract management expertise and a strong understanding of SaaS and healthcare technology.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead the complete management of commercial contracts, from quote through execution and booking, ensuring compliance with Omnicell’s business and legal standards.

    + Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance stakeholders, providing guidance on contract structures, risk mitigation, and negotiation strategies.

    + Streamline and optimize contract workflows and governance, identifying process bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions to improve efficiency and compliance.

    + Collaborate with executive leaders to align contract terms with Omnicell’s revenue and customer strategies, balancing commercial agility with risk management.

    + Analyze contract data to generate actionable insights, forecast business trends, and make recommendations to leadership.

    + Champion the adoption and continuous improvement of digital contract management tools and CLM platforms to enhance visibility and efficiency.

    + Lead process improvement initiatives by defining best practices for commercial terms, redlining standards, and internal approvals.

    + Ensure all contract activities comply with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree required; JD or MBA strongly preferred.

    + Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management, commercial operations, or legal operations, with progressively increasing responsibilities.

    + Demonstrated success leading or scaling contract management functions within high-growth SaaS, healthcare technology, or regulated environments.

    + Expertise in SaaS business models, healthcare contracting, and industry regulations.

    + Skilled in contract analytics, workflow optimization, and contract lifecycle management systems.

    + Strong business acumen with a track record of aligning contract strategy to organizational revenue goals.

    + Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication abilities.

    + Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, matrixed organizations and to deliver results under tight deadlines.
