The MIS Assistant is responsible for the set-up and installation of all Agency computer equipment including laptops, desktops, printers, tablets, cell phones and related devices to carry out the operation of the Agency. Requires troubleshooting non-functioning equipment to determine required repairs/replacement and facilitation of such. Will also assist the MIS Director with the coordination of the MIS system, including network administration, hardware/software installation, helpdesk, and bi-weekly user trainings.

Education/Experience:

High School diploma with certified computer training and experience with Microsoft OS required. Bachelor's degree with A+, Network+ & experience preferred.

Your driver's license must be in good standing, with no recent suspensions or violations of careless/reckless driving or excessive speeding of more than 20 MPH, and no more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years.
