• Senior Cloud Engineer

    ManTech (Crane, IN)


    **MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Cloud Engineer** to join our team in **Crane, IN** . This is a **hybrid** position requiring 2-3 days onsite per week.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    + Lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based software solutions for NSWC Crane

    + Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and work with talented software developers and engineers to create sophisticated cloud applications that integrate with DoD systems and technologies

    + Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams, conduct security and compliance audits of cloud systems, and stay informed about emerging trends and technologies

    + Work with a team of other cloud engineers to complete duties and responsibilities

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent

    + 7+ years of related IT experience

    + 3+ years in tandem of full-time professional experience establishing and administering enterprise solutions within Amazon AWS and/or Microsoft Azure Cloud services

    + Working knowledge of AWS and Azure services including EC2, ELB, Auto-Scaling, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Lambda, Elastic Cache, Cloud Formation

    + Must be able to obtain and maintain one of the following: CISSP, CASP, or equivalent DoD 8570.01 IAT-3 certification within 1 month from accepting offer and prior to onboarding

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience in advanced application and mastery of IS, plans, and functions, including Experience in advanced application and mastery of IS, plans, and functions, including DevSecOps

    + Hands-on experience with Terraform, CDK, and Ansible automation tools

    Clearance Requirements:

    + Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret security Clearance.

    Physical Requirements:

    + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

    + Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
