**Position:** Casual Hospitality Associate

**Department:** Guest Services

**Location:** UPMC Passavant (McCandless)

**Shifts:** Primarily evenings with the potential for some weekends. Shifts and hours will be further discussed during interview process.

Responsibilities:

+ Greet guests, provide directions, and assist with hospital information.

+ Support patient transport and guest relations to ensure a positive experience and uphold hospital and department standards.

+ Maintain patient confidentiality while managing information requests.

+ Follow mandatory reporting procedures for any incidents affecting patient care.

+ Safely transport patients and guests to their destination in the hospital.

+ Deliver supplies and materials throughout the hospital.

+ Inspect and disinfect transport equipment.

+ Patient scooter and wheelchair distribution.

*Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors.

*Performs other duties as assigned. **Educational and Knowledge Requirements**

+ Previous experience in health care or customer service is a plus, but not required

+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

+ Act 34
