Office Associate, Child Care

The WKU Campus Child Care is pleased to announce we are accepting applications for the position of Office Associate. This position will provide clerical support for our Head Start/Early Head Start, infant/toddler and preschool program located. The successful candidate must be capable of using and/or learning multiple software programs. This position requires multi-tasking and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks. Duties will include managing the Child Care's weekly billing and collection of child care fees from families; making deposits to WKU Cashier's office; keeping track of departmental credit card purchases and receipts; purchasing office/classroom supplies through WKU's TopShop system; saving purchase documentation to the department shared drive; assisting visitors and families that come into the office; answering the main Child Care phone; assisting Child Care management and staff throughout the day as needed.
Job Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Minimum one-year clerical experience
+ Must be comfortable using a computer for the long periods throughout the day
+ Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
Additional Information:
Hourly Range: $13.44 - $16.50
