Job Overview

Fairview Health Services is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join our multi-specialty team at the **M Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton** , located within **Northland Medical Center** . In addition, the site has been designated as a **Blue Distinction Center for Maternity Care** , reflecting nationally established criteria for delivering safe, high-quality specialty care.

Practice Details:

+ Join a team of **3 Family Medicine physicians with Surgical Obstetrics**

+ Annual delivery volume of approximately **350–375 births**

+ Surgical cases and deliveries are performed at **Fairview Northland Medical Center**

+ **Admitting hospital:** Fairview Northland Medical Center

+ **Clinic volume:** 20–24 patients per day

+ **FTE:** 75–1.0 FTE (with expectation to participate fully in call regardless of FTE status)

+ **Schedule:** 4-day clinical work week, including clinic, surgery, and on-call responsibilities

+ **Call frequency:** 4–5 days per month (GYN call coverage only required when covering C-Section call)

+ **Robust specialty support** on-site, including **general surgery, urology, orthopedics, ENT, podiatry,** and **behavioral health**

+ **Robotic surgery** is available at our site for OB/GYN procedures.

+ Established referral base from Fairview-employed primary care and subspecialty physicians

Qualifications:

+ Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Obstetrics and Gynecology residency training program.

+ BC/BE with the ABMS

+ Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.

+ Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.

+ Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.

Compensation Disclaimer

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills,knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions withthe same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 40 hours/week. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
