Basic Job Functions:

+ Show urgency in addressing the needs of the production and support departments within the division

+ Perform preventative and proactive maintenance on facility and facility equipment

+ Help drive continuous improvements in the business

+ Operating powered tools, industrial powered equipment, and other maintenance equipment.

+ Effectively communicating with upstream and downstream Team Members to address safety, quality and efficiency issues/concerns

Minimum Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Proven Expertise in Preventative Maintenance - Demonstrated ability to perform routine inspections, identify potential issues early, and execute timely repairs to minimize downtime.

+ Advanced Troubleshooting Skills - Deep knowledge and hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing complexelectrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

+ Automation & Process Optimization Experience - Skilled in identifying opportunities for automation and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and reliability.

+ Specialized Knowledge in Overhead Crane Systems - Extensive experience withVFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), as well as the inspection, maintenance, and repair of overhead crane systems.

+ Powered Industrial Truck Maintenance - Strong background in the inspection, servicing, and repair offorklifts and other powered industrial vehicles, ensuring safety and compliance.
