    Description

    We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our organization. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and leveraging ERP systems to streamline processes.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closings.

    + Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

    + Utilize ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar platforms) to record and analyze financial data efficiently and accurately.

    + Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow analyses, to stakeholders.

    + Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analyses to support decision-making.

    + Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, company policies, and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

    + Support external audits by providing requested financial data and documentation.

    + Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and cost savings.

    + Stay up-to-date with emerging accounting trends, tools, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

    Requirements

    Requirements

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    Experience:

    + Minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience.

    Technical Expertise:

    + Proficiency with three or more ERP systems, such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or other financial software.

    + Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.

    + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and advanced formulas.

    Additional Qualifications:

    + Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.

    + Preferred Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar financial credentials preferred but not required.
