    About the Role:

    We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team! As a Customer Operations Specialist, you'll be a key part of our logistics operations—ensuring orders run smoothly, customers are informed, and problems are solved quickly and professionally.

    Shift Schedule:

    On-site for the first two weeks of training, then fully remote with one in-office day per month.

    This position follows a consistent weekly schedule with flexibility on the designated day off:

    + Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    + Monday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

    + Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

    + Wednesday: Off

    + Thursday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

    + Friday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

    + Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    + Execute shipment-related tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency, following company SOPs.

    + Provide shipment information, create and activate orders, build and assign loads, schedule appointments, track shipments, and handle invoicing.

    + Monitor task boards and email accounts to respond to customer/carrier requests.

    + Accurately document events and follow escalation procedures when necessary.

    + Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in internal systems.

    + Follow through on all customer and carrier inquiries to ensure satisfaction.

    + Perform other duties as assigned based on team or country-specific needs.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Previous customer service experience

    + Willingness to work evening/weekend shifts (select roles)

    Preferred:

    + Bachelor’s degree

    + Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    + Experience in a call center or similar fast-paced environment

    + Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills

    + Keen attention to detail and accuracy
