Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and attentive Receptionist to join our team in Long Beach, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth front office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and is skilled in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented front desk experience.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls using proper phone etiquette.

• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, including both numeric and alphanumeric entries.

• Manage and organize email correspondence using Microsoft Outlook.

• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity in Microsoft Excel.

• Assist with general administrative duties to support office operations.

• Provide timely and efficient customer service to address inquiries and concerns.

• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.

• Collaborate with other departments to support business needs and workflows. Requirements • Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.

• Proficiency in data entry, including both numeric and alphanumeric tasks.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for managing emails and scheduling.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for creating and maintaining spreadsheets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
