Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Business Analyst to join our team. This is a long-term contract position that offers an opportunity to contribute to critical business systems and processes. The ideal candidate will excel in gathering and analyzing requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving system implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to support system design and implementation.

• Facilitate Agile Scrum processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, to ensure successful project execution.

• Conduct parallel system testing to validate functionality and ensure seamless integration.

• Work closely with HR and payroll teams to analyze and optimize payroll system processes.

• Provide insights and recommendations for system improvements based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback.

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system functionalities.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Support system implementation initiatives by performing detailed testing and troubleshooting.

• Maintain documentation for all processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference.

Requirements • Proven experience in business analysis and creating detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

• Strong understanding of business systems and processes, specifically HR and payroll systems.

• Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and tools.

• Expertise in system implementation and testing, including parallel system testing.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.

• Familiarity with tools related to business analysis and project management.
