Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Alpharetta, Georgia. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide prompt support, and ensure a seamless experience for callers. Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls with a detail-oriented and efficient approach, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.

• Utilize data entry skills to accurately input and update customer information.

• Manage email correspondence to resolve issues and provide detailed information.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a positive and detail-oriented demeanor.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to document and organize customer data.

• Assist clients with life insurance-related inquiries, including term life insurance policies.

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to provide accurate information. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.

• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

• Knowledge of life insurance products, including term life insurance, is preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
