Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Alpharetta, Georgia. This role focuses on delivering exceptional support to clients through various communication channels, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and with attention to detail. Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service within a call center environment, maintaining a positive and attentive demeanor.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks to document customer interactions and update records.
• Manage email correspondence, ensuring all customer queries are handled in a timely manner.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to support client needs and follow up on pending requests.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to generate reports and maintain organized documentation.
• Demonstrate knowledge of life insurance policies, including term life insurance, to assist customers with related queries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.
• Adhere to company guidelines and procedures while delivering high-quality service.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in answering inbound calls and providing customer support.
• Previous work in a call center environment with a focus on customer service.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong written communication skills for managing email correspondence.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.
• Knowledge of life insurance products, including term life insurance, is preferred.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally.
