Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Broomall, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in managing accounts receivable processes and maintaining accurate financial records. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to key business operations while working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.

• Perform cash application tasks to ensure payments are accurately applied to customer accounts.

• Handle commercial collections by communicating with clients to resolve outstanding balances.

• Oversee billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

• Monitor and analyze cash activity to maintain proper financial records.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.

• Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable status for management review.

• Assist in improving processes related to accounts receivable and billing.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.

• Proficiency in managing cash applications and billing functions.

• Strong knowledge of commercial collections processes.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to analyze and monitor cash activity effectively.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.

• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
