_Supervisor, Document Management and Project Support_
_About The Position_
_The Supervisor, Document Management and Project Support supervises, trains and evaluates the work of the Project Management Specialists and Engineering Documents and Records Specialists teams as they relate to engineering and project support and project documentation._
_Key responsibilities include:_
+ Lead **,** train **,** and evaluate staff, coordinating their work to support engineering teams and projects.
+ Manage the project SharePoint template and project SharePoint sites.
+ Maintain master files for CAD, Inventor, Smart Schematic drawings, and technical documents.
+ Ensure project documentation is received and stored promptly, and in accordance with the Records Management Policy.
+ Create and maintain document control processes and desktop instructions.
+ Oversee the purchase of office supplies, copiers, scanners, and folding equipment.
+ Act as QMS and Records Coordinator, handling the creation, maintenance, and destruction of office files and records.
+ Serve as the subject matter expert and administrator of the Document Management System (DMS) Vault and EB.
+ Administer internal and external SharePoint sites.
+ Coordinate and oversee collaboration between vendors and document control staff.
+ Support project needs by augmenting on-site staff for project support.
+ Coordinate document control needs for Dam Safety and Hydro Engineering, ensuring FERC-related letters, permits, and filings are completed in a timely manner.
+ Act as the subject matter expert in document control and records management by maintaining business line procedures.
+ Ensure compliance with project management and records management procedure requirements.
+ Maintain an interface with Human Resources, Labor Relations, and other departments within the company.
_Qualifications_
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Five or more years of clerical/administrative and project document experience is required. Five or more years of experience working with CAD drawings is preferred. Supervisory or high-level team/project leadership is preferred. Supervisory experience with bargaining unit personnel is preferred.
In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
Working knowledge of commonly accepted document control and records management processes. SharePoint and computer capabilities (required). Proficiency with MS Office Suite required.
Compensation Range:
$86,400.00 - $133,900.00
At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
