    Job Description

    To ensure all paperwork, projects are processed and completed on a timely basis in the order of established priorities.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and maintain hotel mechanical systems such as domestic water system, hot water systems, chilled water systems, pool systems

    + Operate and understand basic television system, plumbing systems and electrical systems through the hotel

    + Assist other engineers with repairs

    + Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies

    + Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations

    + Understand chiller operations

    + Clean all work areas after completing a job

    + Fill out daily paperwork

    Qualifications

    + Must be able to understand chiller operations

    + Preferred experience with general plumbing, general electrical, paint, drywall and wall vinyl repairs

    + Preferred mechanical plant experience and knowledge in heating and cooling systems such as: water boilers, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, domestic water pumping stations and controls

    + Ability to climb stairs, ladders and scaffolding or use a man lift to work at heights up to 30 feet, often times reaching above head for extended periods of time

    + Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, overnights, weekends and holidays
