    Description

    This is a supporting technician role for a forensic engineering company. This position is an in-office position reporting into our Penns Park, PA (Newtown/Wrightstown, PA area). In this role you will:

    Assist lab and engineering staff with:

    + Fabrication and Welding for assigned projects

    + Provide labor support for test programs

    + Operate a forklift to move equipment and goods as needed

    •​​​​​Serve as the building/facilities coordinator for multiple facilities to include, but not be limited to:

    + Coordinating all needed maintenance, repairs, and required inspections

    + Provide general labor for moving items as needed

    + Complete all reports and necessary recording logs as required

    + Serve as primary contact for all building security needs

    + Drive to various locations to pick up supplies and equipment and run general errands as required

    + Other duties as assigned

     

    This is a blended technician and facilities coordination role ideally suited for someone who possesses excellent technician and people skills.

    Qualifications

    + Welding and Fabrication skills - any certification is a plus!

    + Certified Forklift Operator (or ability to become certified) is required

    + Superior interpersonal skills

    + Time and Project Management Proficiency

    + Graduate of a technical/vocational training program is preferred

    + Must pass a DMV check with a clean driving record and have reliable transportation

    + Must be able to pass a background check
