    + Busy Ford shop: Average of 2300 RO Count/Month

    + 27 Bays and 1 Alignment Bay

    + All Senior Tech’s provided their own diagnostic laptop

    + Monthly luncheon put on by leadership

    + Embrace a Monday-Friday work schedule!

    + Happy with your current shop but maybe you're not getting quite enough hours – we have flexible schedules including weekend shifts available.

    + Experienced service advisors with a proven track record.

    + Paid training when applicable

    + Unlimited earning potential: overflowing customers means you can flag as many hours as you want

    + Full-time Techs flag between 200 and 250 per month
