• Travel Experience Counselor II

    • **Travel Reservation Agent**

    o Creates and completes travel arrangements (car, hotel, air, rail) for moderately complex accounts

    o Ensures reservations are built according to client standards and preferences

    o Acts as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the best traveler experience in each situation

    o Resolves moderately complex problems with potentially non-standard and multi destinations, ticket exchanges and complex fares

    o Escalates more complex problems to more experienced staff

    o Assignments include both routine and non-routine work

    • **Other Duties**

    o May perform other duties as back up to understaffed areas of department as assigned

    o May be required to assist with department related projects and implementations (clean-up, startup, closeout, etc.)

    *Qualifications:*

    **Experience & Education:**//

    • **Education**

    o High school diploma or country equivalent

    • **Experience**

    o 2 years industry experience

    o Travel counselor experience preferred

    • **Languages**

    o English fluent – written and spoken

    o 2ndlanguage a plus

    • **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)**//

    o Detail-oriented to ensure high level of accuracy

    o Basic MS Office

    o Capable of working with minimal supervision

    o Good travel industry knowledge

    o Skilled in GDS; Sabre preferred
