As a Clerical Specialist at Kuehne and Nagel, your impact is rooted in precision, speed, and coordination. You're the linchpin between operations and efficiency—processing shipping documents, and ensuring that every detail from incoming orders is relayed to your team.

Your ability to manage time-sensitive data and troubleshoot discrepancies supports the entire supply chain’s momentum. By keeping things organized and flowing smoothly, you help ensure packages arrive on time and customers stay happy—making your role essential to the rhythm and reliability of the process.

What we would like you to bring

+ High School diploma or equivalent experience

+ Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or similar platforms

+ Strong attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment

+ Clear communication and organizational skills

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
