SUMMARY

The Department Assistant for Safety and Security supports the safety and security team by performing administrative tasks that support the mission of Safety throughout MHC, Zero Harm. Key responsibilities include maintaining MHC and MMC safety, security, and emergency management records, and assisting in the development and maintenance of policies. The role also involves preparing reports, ensuring timely and organized record keeping for ongoing compliance with TJC, CMS, MIOSHA, and OFS requirements.

What’s Required:

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ 5 years' experience in a secretarial position
