    Job Description:

    This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry.

    Responsibilities:

    + Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements

    + Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements

    + Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities

    + Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements

    + Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle

    + Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause

    + Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas

    Required Qualifications :

    + 8-10 years of development experience in ESB/Java-J2EE technologies with Mobile App development experience.

    + Expert level knowledge in building high traffic, secure, scalable, robust banking application for commercial clients.

    + Strong proficiency in Mule with a deep understanding of core ESB concepts and development best practices

    + Strong understanding and hands-on experience with developing, deploying, and maintaining applications using Spring Boot and Spring Framework

    + 8+ years of work experience in Developing, deploying, and maintaining ESB/Gateway Application at enterprise level.

    + 8+ years of hands-on experience in building high traffic, high resilient applications using Java/J2EE, Spring, Mule tech stack.

    + 8+ years of hands-on experience with building applications prototypes and involved in research on analysis on upcoming Mobile OS and features including new devices.

    + Strong knowledge in implementing security feature like CSRF, XSS, Multi factor authentication, oAuth Orchestration, Certification based security , malware detection using third party library .

    + Solid background in mobile iOS app development using Swift or cross-platform tools like Flutter or React Native

    + Experience developing ADA-compliant web and mobile applications with strong understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.2, ARIA roles and assistive technologies

    + Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka, Pub/Sub or similar messaging platforms

    + Hands-on experience with NoSQL and document-oriented databases including Mark Logic DB and MongoDB Proficiency in data modeling for schema-less or semi structured data, knowledge of indexing strategies and performance tuning

    + Ability to write and optimize NoSQL queries including CRUD operations, aggregations and filtering using native query languages.

    + Proficiency with version control systems like Git /Bitbucket and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead complex technical discussions and make critical decisions.

    + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    + Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or related field.

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Experience with cloud and containerization architecture.

    + Familiarity with microservices.

    + Experience working with cloud-hosted NoSQL databases like Amazon DynamoDB, Firestore.

    + Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

    + Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS or Azure is a plus.
