    Key Qualifications:

    + 3 years of experience in developing technical requirements, product development, configuring, testing, and training users on cloud-based RPA/AI implementations in the commercial or government sector.

    Requirements

    Experience:

    + Performed business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement for automation initiatives.

    + Built and tested UiPath and Power Automate bots; provided documentation, ROI analysis, and ongoing metrics tracking.

    + Created training content for document understanding, test suite, and process mining features to support innovation lab.
