    Job Title: QC Laboratory Systems Specialist (ELN Project

     

    Support)

     

    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QC

     

    Laboratory Systems Specialist to support the implementation and

    validation of electronic quality systems, with a focus on the QC ELN

    Project. This role is ideal for someone with a strong experience in

     

    computerized laboratory systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability

     

    to work independently in a GMP-regulated environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead and support system validation/qualification deployment for QC ELN and related systems.

    + Drive eProcedure qualification in LMES for global QC method-specific eProcedure projects.

    + Manage CIMS template creation for reagents and ANC consumables.

    + Provide incident management and application performance monitoring support.

    + Identify operational gaps and propose effective solutions.

    + Assist in QC Laboratory Systems equipment integration across ANC QC Labs.

    + Train site personnel as systems go live in production.

    + Author, revise, and review SOPs, qualification reports, and technical documentation.

    + Represent ANC in global ELN project meetings and execute site-level system changes.

    Must-Have Qualifications

    + Minimum 4 years of experience in implementing or validating electronic quality systems.

    + Hands-on experience with system configuration, validation, or building (not just usage).

    + Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

    + Proven leadership experience in cross-functional or global IT system projects.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

    + Experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or medical device environments.

     

    Nice-to-Have Skills

     

    + Familiarity with QC ELN, LMES (Smart Lab eProcedure), and CIMS (Reagent Manager).

    + Experience with instrument report parsing script qualification and master data templating.

    + Prior involvement in global system rollouts or upgrades.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00/hr.
