OVERVIEW
The Plant Controller position provides the manufacturing finance support for the production of the first North American fully integrated, electric refuse collection vehicle in our newly built, state-of-the-art factory in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
+ Prepare, review and present financial schedules such as month-end reports, variance analysis and capacity analysis.
+ Prepare and coordinate annual budget and monthly forecast processes.
+ Prepare and manage intercompany transfer pricing and cost sharing methodology.
+ Prepare annual labor and overhead standard rates, review operating performance against standards.
+ Participate in “Make vs. Buy” decisions and appropriation requests for capital projects.
+ Participate in the cost accounting functions, including standard cost development and variance analysis.
+ Participate in design and validation efforts in JDE improvements.
+ Provide oversight for plant controls and risk prevention while driving process efficiency.
+ Manage inventory observations and cycle count programs with Warehouse Manager.
+ Coordinate with internal and external auditors on audit and tax matters.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting
+ Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to travel 10%.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Cost accounting experience in manufacturing environment
+ One (1) or more years of managerial or supervisory experience.
+ Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles and practices
+ Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills

Pay Range:
$102,800.00 - $176,800.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
