    •👑 **Your Role: Food & Beverage Shift Lead**

     

    As a Shift Lead, you'll be more than a supervisor – you'll be a **Guest Happiness Hero** , a **Team Champion** , and a **Service Superstar** ! You'll help guide the daily operations of our Café and lead the charge in delighting every little piggy (and grown-up) who visits! 🐽💕

    Qualifications & Experience

    • **What You’ll Do:**

    • Be the **Supervisor on Duty** , managing operations across F&B, Attractions, and Retail

    • Delegate tasks & energize front-line staff to give 110% guest service ❤️

    • Maintain top-tier food safety & cleanliness 🧼🍴

    • Handle guest questions, feedback, and magical recovery moments 💬💖

    • Oversee queue management & guest flow during peak piggy times 🐷➡️🎟️

    • Lead training sessions in food safety, retail standards, and ride safety 📚🔐

    • Provide coaching & recognize team wins 🎉

    • Assist with stocking, scheduling, and inventory control when off-shift 🔄📦

    • Support a culture of fun, inclusion, and WOW moments every day!

    • **What You Bring to the Park:**

    •️ High school diploma or GED

    •️ 6+ months of experience in food & beverage (restaurant or café-style preferred) 🍕

    •️ A true love for making families smile – especially the little ones 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

    •️ Experience training or mentoring others – you’re the kind of person people look up to 💡

    •️ A fun, approachable leadership style with excellent communication skills 📣

    •️ Flexibility to work weekends, evenings & holidays – because that’s when the fun happens! 🎆
