Sodexo is seeking an **Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 to work third shift,** at **Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center** located in **Chula, Vista, CA** . With the largest selection of health care services in the South Bay, Sharp Chula Vista provides the most advanced technologies, state-of-the art facilities and compassionate care to the community they serve.

What You'll Do

+ be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;

+ provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;

+ lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;

+ effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/orsupport a diverse and inclusive workforce

What You Bring

+ experience leading, training and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service delivery;

+ customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a healthcare or hospitality;

+ possess strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program;

+ ability to monitor compliance and reach project target dates of completion;

+ experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines;

+ a results and safety driven mindset;

+ proficiency with computers and other technology;

+ the ability to speak Spanish would be helpful in managing this workforce; and

+ the ability to work a 3rd shift (10:30pm - 7:30am) work schedule.
