Field Inspector/Supervisor – Lead and Ensure Excellence in Security Operations

Take your career to the next level as a Field Inspector/Supervisor! If you have a passion for leadership and a strong background in security, we want you on our team. In this role, you’ll oversee the inspection of security operations, coach and train personnel, and ensure the highest level of service and compliance with post orders. Your leadership will drive team success and ensure safety and security across multiple sites.

What You’ll Do:

+ Supervise and coach Security Officers, ensuring they follow post orders and deliver top-notch service.

+ Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring all security procedures are followed and client satisfaction is maintained.

+ Coordinate with Branch management on scheduling, staffing, and training, and assist with client start-ups.

+ Handle administrative duties, including payroll and billing submissions, and prepare required reports.

+ Respond to incidents, provide service coverage when needed, and ensure a professional environment at all times.
