    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Tackling New Challenges: Install new machinery, troubleshoot old ones, and deliver smart mechanical solutions.

    + Preventative Maintenance: Keep machines running and breakdowns at bay.

    + Precision Alignment:Collaborate with our Metrology & Optical teams to align equipment with expert precision.

    + Customer Rockstar: Communicate clearly with teammates and clients to deliver safe, timely, high-quality work.

    + Traveling in Style: Expect regular travel across the Northeast (2–3 overnights per week, sometimes longer).

    + Tech Comfort:Familiar with basic computer programs for scheduling, timekeeping, and reporting (we’ll train you).

    + Customer Service: You build trust with clients and represent OASIS with professionalism.

    + Organized & Safe:You keep your workspace clean and follow safety protocols.

    + Bonus Certifications (Nice-to-Have): Forklift certification, CDL, or OSHA 10/30.
