    Job Description

    Lead the design and development of innovative and effective learning solutions,

     

    including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, video creation, and next

     

    generation learning platforms for a global retail sales audience.

     

    Work with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are aligned with sales

     

    strategies and objectives.

     

    Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements

     

    within the global retail teams and evaluate the effectiveness of training materials.

     

    Manage multiple instructional design projects across several products simultaneously,

     

    ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and budgets.

     

    Work closely with sales leaders, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to

     

    gather content, validate learning objectives, and ensure training programs are

     

    relevant and impactful.

     

    Stay current with emerging instructional design trends and incorporate them into

     

    strategies to enhance the training experience.

     

    Work with cross-functional teams to craft informative and timely communications

     

    while continuously iterating on delivery methods to drive engagement and action.

     

    Review training materials and needs from cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy,

     

    alignment, and simplicity before they are delivered.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a

     

    related field.

     

    6+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a commercial or sales

     

    enablement context.

     

    Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems, and other

     

    relevant technologies.

     

    Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects

     

    simultaneously and meet deadlines.

     

    Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively

     

    with teams across the organization Experience in consumer electronic sales.

     

    Category knowledge in AR and MR fields.

     

    Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools.

     

    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into

     

    actionable strategies.

     

    Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a

    related field null
