Manpower is seeking a **Full-Time Security Guard** to join our team in **Charleston, WV** . If you're ready to protect, serve, and build a rewarding future, we want to hear from you!

     

    Pay starting $13/hour with pay differential + OT opportunities.

    Typical Shifts:

    + Sunday: 5PM-12AM

    + Monday: 5PM-12AM

    + Tuesday: 5PM-12AM

    + Friday: 12AM-8:30AM

    + Saturday: 12AM-8:30AM

    •** **Your Responsibilities:

    + Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules

    + Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle

    + Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances

    + Write detailed reports on daily activities and incidents

    + Ensure safety protocols and site-specific procedures are followed

    •** **Qualifications:

    + Prior security or related experience preferred

    + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    + Ability to remain calm and alert in high-pressure situations

    + Strong communication and observation skills

    + Needing clearance though WVCares

    + Physical and PPD completed

    + Must pass background check and drug screening
