    Join our team as a Project Coordinator I in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences! As a Project Coordinator II, you will supervise , coordinate, and assist with the completion of projects such as Texas Child Access Through Telehealth (TCHATT), Child Psychiatry Access Network (CPAN), and other grant funded projects. You will develop and coordinate project plans with schools, primary care facilities, and other stakeholders through full implementation, and assist with financial and clinical reports and business operations.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education or experience

    + Three years of related experience in project coordination/business related activities

    The well-qualified candidate will also possess

    + Experience working within telehealth or a related field

    + Knowledge of TAMU systems: Canopy, Aggie Buy, FAMIS, Workday, Emburse

    + Ability to pull data/information from EMR (Electronic Medical Records)

    + Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications

    + Knowledge of standard proofreading

    + Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others

    + Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

    + Strong oral and written communication skills

    + Literacy and competency with utilizing technology

    + Strong organizational skills and flexibility

    Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to the selected hire’s experience.

    Responsibilities

    + Project Needs: Determine project needs related to communication, referral, management of records, and coordination of services. Coordinate the purchase, installation, and implementation of new project needs. Maintain database integrity, security, and accuracy in documenting. Coordinate project activities including communication, referral, management of records, and coordination of services. Coordinate multiple work streams to ensure cross- project dependencies and impacts are identified and managed. Pull reports for information needed for projects.

    + Reporting: Prepare and disseminate reports and other related referral and marketing information to key stakeholders. Monitor and report to project leadership on financial activity for assigned projects related to travel and project purchases. Coordinate with vendors and partners and others in the delivery and support for systems and services.

    + Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable regulations including HIPAA and FERPA. Assist with forecasting and progress reporting against milestones, budgetary updates, and the change management process.
