    Transform the way sales teams are motivated and rewarded by joining our dynamic Compensation Specialist role. You'll be the strategic architect behind our sales incentive programs, designing compensation frameworks that drive performance, inspire our sales professionals, and directly contribute to Amazon Advertising's innovative growth strategy.

     

    Key job responsibilities

     

    - Manage end-to-end sales compensation program administration, including quota distribution and compensation payout processes

     

    - Develop comprehensive documentation and establish clear, robust procedural frameworks

     

    - Collaborate across Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Payroll to ensure seamless compensation execution

     

    - Investigate and resolve quota and compensation payout inquiries with precision and professionalism

     

    - Continuously optimize quota and payout processes through strategic improvements and innovative automation solutions

You'll navigate complex compensation landscapes, engage with diverse teams, and create streamlined processes that ensure our sales professionals are fairly and effectively compensated.

    Basic Qualifications

    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

     

    - 5+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, or related field

     

    - Demonstrated experience managing complex sales incentive compensation programs and processes

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

     

    - Knowledge of sales compensation best practices and industry trends

     

    - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

     

    - Project management experience with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
