    Robert Half Office Team (Katy, TX)


    Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Katy, Texas, on a Contract to long-term basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing end-to-end recruitment processes while ensuring the identification and onboarding of top talent. The position is 100% onsite during training, with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule once training is complete.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

    • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and ensure compliance with company policies.

    • Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and relevant networks.

    • Handle a high-volume workload, managing up to 50-90 positions weekly.

    • Review job descriptions to accurately align recruitment efforts with organizational needs.

    • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to optimize hiring processes and improve outcomes.

    • Maintain detailed records and ensure all recruitment activities are conducted with precision and attention to detail.

    • Provide regular updates to management regarding recruitment progress and challenges. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.

    • Strong skills in sourcing candidates across multiple platforms and conducting interviews.

    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment workloads effectively.

    • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to work onsite during training, with potential hybrid flexibility post-training.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

    • Experience in the energy or natural resources industry is a plus. TalentMatch®
