    Part-Time Customer Service Representative

     

    We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Aurora, Colorado. This part-time position (20 hours per week, Monday - Friday) is ideal for someone with a passion for assisting customers and delivering exceptional service.     Responsibilities:

    • Deliver prompt, attentive, and courteous service to customers through phone calls, in-person visits, and online chats.

    • Actively listen to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring their needs are addressed effectively.

    • Research and retrieve customer account information using billing software to provide accurate assistance.

    • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance departmental efficiency.

    • Perform clerical tasks such as processing returned mail and updating mass account notations.

    • Respond to information requests and follow up to ensure seamless customer interactions.

    • Cross-train in additional responsibilities to provide backup support when needed.

    • Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support the Customer Service Department.

    • Maintain a high level of attentiveness and ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

    • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with excellent communication skills.

    • Experience with order entry and managing customer accounts.

    • Strong ability to actively listen and resolve customer concerns effectively.

    • Familiarity with using billing software or similar tools to access and manage account information.

    • Ability to multitask and handle various clerical duties with attention to detail.

    • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
