What you’ll achieve

As a **Field Service Engineer 2** , in this high-visibility position, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Dell equipment at our customer sites. Utilize independent discretion and decision-making authority to assess and adjust technical solutions based on the specific client issue.

You will:

+ Address escalated technical issues from less experienced team members

+ Works autonomously in delivering resolutions to customer issues

+ Be required to exercise diverse and independent judgment in determining the most appropriate course of action for the specific technical issue

Essential Requirements

+ Advanced troubleshooting skills & techniques to address complex technical issues

+ Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, and system upgrades

+ Work autonomously in providing on-site technical support

+ Follow predefined procedures and tasks in everyday activities

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $72,165.00 - $93,390.00.
