Description
Robert Half is seeking a highly-skilled, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a demanding C-suite level executive. This professional will play a critical role in managing and streamlining the day-to-day operations, ensuring the executive's work life is exceptionally organized and runs smoothly. This is a dynamic role that will require a high level of adaptability, discretion, and resourcefulness.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Calendar and Schedule Management: Coordinate and maintain a complex and ever-changing calendar of meetings, appointments, and events across multiple time zones. Prioritize and manage scheduling conflicts with agility and tact.
+ Travel Arrangements: Organize all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries. Proactively address potential disruptions to travel plans.
+ Operational Support: Assist in the executive’s daily operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled seamlessly. This may include preparing agendas, compiling meeting materials, and following up on action items.
+ Confidential Documentation: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, including preparing and maintaining necessary documentation for the executive.
+ Reporting & Analytics: Collaborate on the creation of reports, presentations, and summaries for both internal and external stakeholders. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
+ Project Coordination: Support key corporate initiatives, cross-departmental projects, and executive-level priorities. Serve as a point of contact and resource for communication between the executive and internal teams or external partners.
+ Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve processes using automation tools or administrative efficiencies to support organizational goals (Source: DFST2025 - Midyear Update).
+ Adaptability: Assist in navigating emergent priorities, managing competing deadlines, and anticipating the executive’s needs.
