Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an **Experienced or Senior** **Manufacturing Operations Analyst** to join our dynamic team in **Saint Charles, Missouri** .

Position Responsibilities** **– Experienced Level 3** **:

+ Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria

+ Analyzes and interprets data

+ Provides feedback on assessment results

+ Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes

+ Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

+ Works under general direction

Position Responsibilities** **– Senior Level 4** **:

+ Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers

+ Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria

+ Analyzes and interprets data

+ Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk

+ Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives

+ Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

+ Works under minimal direction

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

**This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.** (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ More than 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

+ More than 3 years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations

+ More than 3 years of experience supporting both internal and external customers across multiple disciplines

+ More than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher

+ **Experienced Level 3:** More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ **Senior Level 4:** More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typical Education/Experience:

**Experienced Level 3:** Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)

**Senior Level 4:** Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)

Relocation:

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 15% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range **Experienced** **Level 3** : $79,050 - $97,650

Summary pay range **Senior Level 4** : $93,500 - $115,500
