Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:30am -4pm

Our company is a national specialty pharmacy dedicated to improving therapy adherence and clinical outcomes through personalized, patient-centered care. We're expanding our team with a Remote Nurse Team Manager—an LVN or LPN with leadership experience—who will guide staff in executing high-impact outreach and support initiatives while fostering a culture of clinical excellence.
Role Summary
As our current manager transitions into a director-level role, we're seeking a capable and compassionate LVN/LPN to take on the day-to-day management of a nursing team, encompassing 5–6 remote staff. You'll provide clear operational direction, oversee clinical workflows, and ensure team alignment with program goals and contractual obligations.
Core Responsibilities
+ Lead distribution of daily assignments by 7:00 AM to ensure timely outreach and care delivery
+ Supervise remote staff engaged in:
+ Insurance program outreach
+ Patient scheduling and education
+ Disease and medication adherence support
+ Collaborate with our Clinical Nurse Trainer to update training guides and implement quarterly reviews
+ Monitor live metrics, call volumes, and performance dashboards to ensure standards are met
+ Provide direction on adverse therapy events, including suicide risk protocols for sensitive medications
+ Ensure welcome calls and documentation align with manufacturer compliance
+ Review time-off requests, resolve team challenges, and manage daily workflows
+ Guide upcoming program launches (August, September, January 2026), helping ensure seamless execution
+ Attend meetings and participate in strategic planning with leadership
Required Qualifications
+ LVN or LPN license, with at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience
+ 2+ years of telephonic nursing, with strong remote communication skills
+ Prior experience managing a team of 5+ clinical professionals remotely
+ Demonstrated ability to handle performance metrics, quality reviews, and operational tracking
+ Knowledge of utilization management, case management, and specialty pharmacy workflows

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.00/hr.
