Brief Description:
The Internal Security Analyst will work across multiple domains to support Huntington’s enterprise-wide Insider Threat, Internal Fraud, and Data Protection programs., reporting to the Internal Security Manager - Senior.
Detailed Description:
This role requires the individual to have the aptitude to learn and contribute to the review, design, development, and implementation of Huntington’s Internal Security Service Catalog items and capabilities.
To be successful the candidate must be driven and well-organized, with strong learning abilities. It is essential for the individual to be self-motivated and tenacious, thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and complete tasks on agreed schedules. The desire for cross-capability education and development is critical.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Learn and support Internal Security processes, services and technologies.
+ Support cross-domain projects and initiatives across Cybersecurity and Risk.
+ Create, manage, and incorporate operational and risk metrics to evaluate and drive Internal Security goals and objectives.
+ Execute Internal Security business and technology consultation and integration activities ensuring proper handling of sensitive data throughout its lifecycle.
+ Support Internal Security strategy and roadmap activities.
+ Support Internal Security engineering and investigations, and operations teams as they deliver features and functions for Internal Security.
Basic Qualification
Minimum Requirements:
+ 1 years of Cybersecurity, IT risk management with a focus on GLBA or HIPAA or COBIT or NIST or FFIEC
+ 1 year experience in Internal Security related functions products or technologies such as DLP, Controls and Control Remediation, and Policies and Standards.
+ Bachelors Degree
Preferred Requirements:
+ Experience implementing and supporting IT Risk, Cybersecurity and/or Internal Security & Privacy programs
+ Proven ability to present and deliver at executive level program metrics, programmatic initiatives/status and influencing support from executives.
+ Proven expertise and ability to manage multiple workstreams involving disparate business and technology groups to achieve enterprise objectives.
+ Ability to actively participate in a dynamic and balanced work environment.
+ Working knowledge of data loss prevention toolsets, not limited to Microsoft or Broadcom DLP, Splunk, and User Activity Monitoring.
+ Understanding of project lifecycles (e.g., SDLC, Agile/Scrum).
+ Strong business and technology aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand business and software solutions.
+ Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to communicate and present requirements and issues clearly and concisely
+ Ability to build strong partnerships and to work collaboratively with all business and IT areas.
+ Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
+ Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
