Job Title: Plumber

If candidates can simply install fixtures and run PVC, candidates from apprentice level to journeyman, we will consider. Residential or Commercial. Scope is setting fixtures for hotel builds.

Monday - Friday; could pay up to $35/hr. if a candidate can run commercial plumbing work.

We are seeking a skilled plumber to join our team for projects primarily focused on hotel jobs around the cincinnati, oh area. The role involves installing sinks, toilets, showers, hot water tanks, and running water lines in PVC and CPVC. The position offers a contract to hire with long-term opportunities.

Responsibilities

+ Install sinks, toilets, showers, and hot water tanks.

+ Run water lines using PVC and CPVC materials.

+ Install P-Traps efficiently and accurately.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in plumbing and ability to work with PEX, PVC, and CPVC pipes.

+ Experience with installing various plumbing fixtures and components.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Candidates from up to 2 hours away from Sandusky may be considered with proof of previous travel for work.

+ No requirement for experience with cast iron.

Work Environment

The majority of the work will be conducted on hotel projects. The work schedule is from 7 AM to 3:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. Employees are expected to provide their own tools, including an impact gun, drill, hammer, tape measure, and work boots. The dress code is appropriate for a construction environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
