    **Job Title:** Concrete Finisher

    **Location:** Frisco, CO

    **Job Type:** Contract-to-Hire

    **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours/week guaranteed)

    **Paid Travel Time:** 1 hour each way (8 hours/week)

     

    About the Role

     

    We’re hiring an experienced **Concrete Finisher** for a high-impact infrastructure project in Summit County, CO. This long-term project runs through 2027, with future opportunities across nearby mountain towns.     What You’ll Do

    • Work alongside laborers and pipefitters on construction and infrastructure tasks

    • Finish concrete surfaces with expert techniques including screeding, floating, and edging

    • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

    • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise execution

    • Conduct finishing and quality inspections to meet project specifications

    • Pitch in with general labor and landscaping duties as needed

     

    What You Bring

    Required:

    • Minimum **2 years** of hands-on experience in concrete finishing

    • Skilled in finishing, floating, and other surface prep techniques

    • Ability to accurately read and interpret construction blueprints

    • Proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment

    Preferred:

    • Experience with **carpentry** , **rebar installation** , and concrete forms

    • Familiarity with various pour techniques and concrete curing methods

    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
