Job Title: Test Technician
Job Description
As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for using power measuring tools to test electronic equipment. You will work with various tools, such as Digital Voltmeters (DVMs), Calibrators, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, Power Analyzers, Frequency Counters, Phase Meters, and Computer-Based Test Programs. Additionally, you will be expected to read electronic schematic diagrams and test procedures, utilizing engineering manuals in a clean room environment. Your role will involve testing and troubleshooting electronic equipment down to the component level.
Responsibilities
+ Use power measuring tools to test electronic equipment.
+ Read and interpret electronic schematic diagrams and test procedures.
+ Utilize engineering manuals for testing purposes in a clean room environment.
+ Test and troubleshoot electronic equipment to the component level.
+ Operate tools such as DVMs, Calibrators, Oscilloscopes, and Power Supplies.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in electronic troubleshooting.
+ Ability to read schematics.
+ Proficiency in using DVMs, Calibrators, and Oscilloscopes.
+ Capability in component level troubleshooting and repair.
+ Knowledge of testing electronic equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ No engineering degree requirement; however, a degree in Electronics is advantageous for better pay.
+ Experience with digital and analog circuitry.
+ Proficient customer service skills and fluent communication abilities.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
