Cadrex, North America’s largest mechanical solutions provider, is hiring a skilled **Punch Press Operator** to join our dynamic team in **Chaska, Minnesota** —formerly known as Richlind Metal Fabricators. With over 50 years of excellence in precision fabrication, our Chaska facility delivers high-quality components and complex assemblies for the **aerospace, defense, and commercial sectors** .

• **What You’ll Do**

As a key member of our production team, you’ll operate and set up **Cincinnati punch press machines** to produce precision metal parts that meet exacting standards. You’ll work in a clean, organized environment where craftsmanship and attention to detail are valued.

Responsibilities:

+ Set up and operate punch press machines (Cincinnati preferred)

+ Read and interpret blueprints and work orders

+ Inspect parts for quality and accuracy

+ Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
