    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility's injection molding equipment. This role requires a mix of electrical and mechanical expertise, primarily focusing on maintaining and repairing various machines including injection molding, blow molding, stamping, tool and die, robotics, and automated equipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform maintenance on injection molding equipment both mechanically and electrically.

    + Collaborate with operators to troubleshoot machine issues.

    + Maintain and repair equipment including injection molding, blow molding, stamping, tool and die machines, robotics, and automated equipment.

    + Work with 480v, 24dc, and 3-phase electrical systems.

    + Order spare parts as needed and manage basic requisitions.

    + Follow a preventive maintenance (PM) schedule.

    + Use computer skills and basic Excel for work orders, PM scheduling, and parts ordering.

    + Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, specifically the person and Mitsubishi models.

    + Troubleshoot robotics and repair hydraulics, replace pumps, and piping.

    + Identify and repair leaks in pneumatic systems.

    + Conduct basic facilities maintenance as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + GED or high school diploma.

    + Certifications or associate degree in industrial maintenance.

    + Minimum of 2 years industrial maintenance experience.

    + Experience in injection molding or blow molding.

    + Ownership of personal tools (toolbox provided).

    + Robotics troubleshooting experience (Fanuc or Yasakawa).

    + Mechanical skills in hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.

    + TIG welding experience.

    + Tool and die experience.

    + Installation experience.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a brand new, clean facility equipped with automated machinery. This non-climate controlled environment requires flexibility for second shift hours, Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, with openness to working weekends. Currently, the team works around 50-55 hours a week.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position located near Toledo, Ohio.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $75920.00/yr.

     

    -PTO will be prorated based off start date and can use it after 90 days

     

    -In January of the new year they will get 120 hours

     

    -Benefits will start 1st day of the following month from start date

     

    -401k with 6% company match

     

    -Perfect attendance bonus-Earn an extra $1 on top of pay and includes over time-starts right away
