    Job Title: Warehouse Worker

    Job Description

    Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including supervising warehouse staff and maintaining a clean, organized facility. Coordinate and execute material deliveries to job sites, ensuring timely and efficient service. Receive, inspect, and track incoming freight and materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular inventory counts. Manage company tools, equipment, and vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs. Coordinate special warehouse projects and support field teams with material and equipment needs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and support building and property maintenance. Communicate regularly with project managers and superintendents to align warehouse activities with project requirements. Prepare and submit timely reports, and serve as a backup driver for company deliveries as needed.

    Responsibilities

    + Ensure compliance with safety standards and support maintenance activities.

    + Communicate with project managers to align warehouse activities with project requirements.

    + Prepare and submit timely reports.

    + Serve as a backup driver for company deliveries when necessary.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience managing tool, equipment, and material inventory.

    + Strong organizational and planning skills.

    + Excellent punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.

    + Understanding of construction tools and acoustical materials preferred.

    + Spanish & English proficiency preferred.

    + CDL preferred.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redmond, Washington.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
