    Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Certified Nursing Assistant** to work at a facility in **Fulton , MO.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.

     

    **Pay Rate:** $20 / hour

    *W2

    Scheduling

    + CNAs will be scheduled to work four 12-hour shifts per week, either day shift (6:45 am – 7:15 pm) or night shift (6:45 pm – 7:15 am). This may include weekend and holiday coverage.

    Services to be Performed

    + Provide basic nursing care and support (VS, hygiene, ambulation, transfers)

    + Documentation of patient location, status, activities

    + Escort patients as needed within and occasionally outside the hospital

    + Assist in keeping patient common areas clean

    + Contributes to patient/staff safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations · Initiates corrective action as appropriate

    + Contributes to continuity of care by effectively communicating changes in patients' conditions

    + Complies with FSH infection prevention and control policies and procedures

    + Demonstrates procedural competencies for assigned tasks

    + Complies with all FSH/DMH policies and procedures

    + Other duties as assigned
