    Hourly Rate $34.00 - $43.00 DOE

    Responsibility:

    + Identify, calculate, track and report on supply chain key performance metrics such as Parts Needed for Backlog, Scheduling capacity bottlenecks, etc. on a regular basis. Provide incremental summary reports on Production Control department metrics to Supervisor and Manager

    + Review demand needs that exceed forecast or create bottlenecks and create proposed revision in production planning schedule, discuss suggested adjustments with necessary stakeholders and revise dates as necessary

    + Summarize and review Planner/Scheduler team member performance and conduct with Production Planning Supervisor as needed; needs, conflicts, accomplishments, goals, etc.

    + Serve as the subject matter expert for production requirements planning and other relevant ERP planning related topics

    + Develop and implement daily, weekly, and long-term production schedules across multi-disciplinary teams (operations, purchasing, engineering, QA, sales)

    + Collaborate and consult with finance, customer supply, demand planning, and sales team to maintain on time customer delivery and overall budgetary alignment within constraints of the production floor

    + Maintain ERP production planning and production planning related data integrity, including part type, groupings, workcenters, inventory, etc.

    + Create What-If Scenarios & Sensitivity analysis based on variable inputs in demand and labor assumptions and communicate results effectively

    + Trained, able to assist, and performs any task or responsibility relative to a Planner/Schedulers II and I

    + Keeps information, such as training documentation and work instructions, current for planning and capacity management processes.

    Education / Skill Requirements:

    + Able to communicate effectively in English both written and orally.

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, scheduling, logistics, or operations; OR

    + High School Diploma or equivalent with:

    + Two (2) or more years’ experience as a supply chain or operations supervisor; OR

    + Seven (7) or more years’ experience in planning, scheduling, logistics, manufacturing, ERP systems or supply chain operation and analysis.

    + Experience with ERP/MRP systems a plus

    + Knowledge in supply chain, operations, planning, and forecasting techniques
